Access Control Systems in Saudi Arabia
Magnaite is a Riyadh-based systems integrator, founded in 1989, that installs and supports access control systems for Saudi restaurant chains, offices and enterprise sites. We control who enters stores, cash rooms, server rooms and back offices, and link every door event to the camera covering it.

What access control does
An access control system decides who can open which door, and when. Instead of keys that get copied or lost, staff use cards, PIN codes, mobile credentials or biometrics. Every entry is logged, and access can be changed or removed in minutes when someone joins, moves or leaves.
Access control for restaurants and multi-branch businesses
Our F&B clients include KUDU, Herfy, Shawarmer, Wooden Coffee and ARCHI. In restaurants and retail, access control is usually about a few critical doors rather than every door.
Cash and safe rooms
Restrict access to named staff and review every entry against the camera at that door.
Stores and cold rooms
Track who enters stock areas, and when, to support inventory control.
Server and network rooms
Protect the equipment that keeps POS, cameras and connectivity running.
Back office and staff entrances
Control after-hours entry and see openings and closings across all branches.
Types of access control we install
Card and PIN readers
The most common choice for branches and offices: simple to manage and quick to issue.
Biometric readers
Fingerprint or face recognition for high-security areas, where shared cards are a risk.
Cloud-managed access control
Doors in many branches managed from one web platform, with access changes applied centrally.
Integration with CCTV and alarms
Door events shown with the matching camera footage, and forced or held-open doors raised as alarms.
How we deploy access control
1. Site survey
We review doors, frames, locks, cabling routes and the people who need access.
2. Design
We define access levels, schedules and integration with CCTV, alarms and fire systems.
3. Installation
Our engineers install readers, controllers, locks and cabling, and test each door.
4. Handover and support
Your administrators are trained, and our maintenance team supports the system under an agreed service level.
One integrator for doors, cameras and networks
Access control depends on the network and works best next to CCTV. Because Magnaite installs networks, surveillance and access control, one team is responsible for how they work together, and for supporting them after handover.
Questions we get.
An access control system manages who can enter specific doors or areas, using cards, PIN codes, mobile credentials or biometrics, and logs every entry for review.
For most restaurant doors, card or PIN access is enough and easier to manage across many branches. Biometric readers suit cash rooms and other high-security areas where shared or lent cards are a risk.
Yes. We link door events to the camera covering that door, so every entry, forced door or door held open can be reviewed with the matching footage.
Yes. Cloud-managed access control lets administrators add, change and remove access for every branch from one web platform.
Yes. Our maintenance team supports readers, locks, controllers and software under an agreed service level.
